♦ Step2: Proper Storage Solution Selection
In selective warehouse pallet racks, pallets are loaded and
unloaded from the front via a lift truck following a First in/First
out(FIFO) system. A common layout of the selective pallet racking
system in a warehouse usually includes single-row pallet racks (
placed near the wall) and back-to-back pallet racks (two row pallet
racks connected by row-spacers), which is ideal for companies with
a wider variety of products.
To fully satisfy our client’s requirement, we chose selective
pallet racking system for storage and offered a free CAD design of
selective pallet rack with all details marked on. In this case, our
client required 2000kg loading capacity per layer with 4 layers per
bay. For cost-saving, the fist layer pallets are placed on the
ground instead of beams.
♦ Step3: Project Details Confirmation
Confirmed the design drawing with our clients then made some
adjustments to their satisfaction. Then our engineer chose proper
material type and size for this selective pallet rack that are
functional, safe and cost-saving.

Raw-material→Cold rolling→Punch hole→Welding→Half finished→Powder
coating→Finished products.

Commonly used package materials for bulk product include plastic
stretch film, corrugated paper, wooden bars, crates, and metal
strips, etc. While for relatively small volume components and
accessories, carton boxes and pallets can provide better support
and protection. As different customers' personal requirement,
special customized packages are also available.
