Double Deep Adjustable Warehouse Rack Pallet Racking System

Two pallets can be kept deep in a double deep rack, or four pallets can be stored deep. Double entry racks reduce aisle-to-rack ratio while increasing pallet selectivity, resulting in enhanced storage density.50% rapid pallet access provides for proper stock rotation based on FILO (First In Last Out) and maximizes the use of all available locations. When each SKU has many pallets, this strategy works effectively.

The system requires a one-of-a-kind reach truck with dual pantograph or sliding fork attachments. Truck lift heights are limited by the load to around 9 meters. Upper levels can be installed with guide rails to assist forklift drivers in locating pallets; they help avoid fork truck operator error and unintentional collision damage. Double Deep Racking is most suitable for Cool Rooms, Dry Stores, and where there are multiple pallets of the same stock.
