These carton flow racks are perfect for heavier cartons, such as
those containing beverages, canned goods, hardware, etc., and have
a remarkable overall load rating of 50 pounds per square foot.
Ironstone can provide carton flow racking to fit new installations
or adapt existing carton flow systems with unique, made-to-order
widths and lengths.
Carton flow racks provide flexibility in box size and weight while
yet enabling full-shelf use. Our carton flow racks have no "set
roller width," allowing endless flexibility and optimum carton flow
to the pick aisle. All wheels move independently.

Our Carton Flow Rack Benefits
♦ For all carton flow systems, there are both plastic and steel
wheels available.
¤ Usually, plastic wheels weigh up to 35 lbs. per sq. foot.
¤ Up to 50 pounds can be put on steel wheels. per sq. foot.

and impact resistance by steel shafts that span the width of the
bed.

Carton Flow Wheel Track
Conveyor frames with integrated roller tracks are at the core of
our wheel track carton flow systems, ensuring that the items move
securely and under control down a slope from the loading side to
the picking side. Our carton flow systems come in a wide range of
configurations.
There are possible widths from 48" to 142" and depths from 42" to
192". a maximum 3000 lb load capacity Variable lanes are possible
since the tracks and guides are adjusted in 3/8" stages. Standard,
with a shallow picking tray, or with a deep picking tray are the
three various styles of shelf fronts that are offered.
Our roller tracks are installed in a galvanized steel stable
profile that resists torsion and has steel axles. This product can
handle box sizes as small as 4" x 4," thanks to its 1-inch diameter
and 1-inch broad rollers that are spaced 1-1/4" apart. No rack
beams are necessary because our carton flow beds can be mounted to
any type of rack and offer practically endless adjustment thanks to
a universal adapter.
